    TURN THE IDLE SPEED ADJUSTING SCREW TO OBTAIN
    THE CORRECT IDLE SPEED WITH ENGINE AT NORMAL
    OPERATING TEMPURATURE, AIR VALVE FULLY CLOSED,
    AIR CLEANER INSTALLED AND AIR CONDITIONING OFF.
