Changing the OIL PUMP is a very lenghly endevour!  You must remove just about everything to get to the pump assembly on the front of the engine.

Once you remove the pump, there is another housing inside it that contains the pump gears (First picture, number 4).

I suggest having this done at a professional auto repair shop.  If you want to do it yourself, here are the instructions:

Obtain a new gasket.
Drain all the oil first.

1. Remove the Timing belt, tensioner, crank sprocket and belt guide.
2. Remove the oil pan and oil pickup tube.
3. Remove the alternator and bracket.
    a. Unbolt the the dip-stick tube and pull the tube out of the engine case.
4. Remove the front cover-to-block bolts and carefully separate the front cover from the engine.
5. Detach the cover from the rear of the case and remove the inner/outer oil pump gears.
    a. Note position of gears.
6. Remove the crankchaft seal from the front case.
7. Remove the pressure relief valve retainer, spring & plunger.
8. Clean all parts throughly and remove all traces of old gasket material.
    a. Visually inspect all parts for physical damage & replace if necessary.
9. Install the inner/outer gears and measure the clearances.
    a. Outer gear-to-pump housing clearance limit - 0.0122in (0.310mm)
    b. Gear end play limit                                      - 0.0059in (0.15mm)
    c. Pressure relief spring length                          - 1.77in (45mm)
        1. Replace parts if necessary, pack with petrolium jelly and install the cover.
10. Replace the front crankshaft oil seal with a new seal.
11. Install the pressure relief valve components.
12. Using a new gasket, position the front cover on the engine.  Install the bolts in their proper locations.
Tighten bolts to the specified torque.
13. Reinstall the remaining parts in the opposite order removed.
14. Add oil, start ending and check for oil pressure and leaks.
