The MAIN fuse box uaually requiers no attention.  You should check here of all your fuses inside are fine, and you still have no power inside the vehicle.  These fuses will also blow (in one or both vehicles used) if you hook jumper cables up incorerctly.

It is best to replace the battery when the warranty is up.  If you notice any dimming of the lights when you brake, or slow cranking in warm weather, replace the battery.  If the batter shows signs of bulging or warping, replace it.

GROUND CHECK
Disconnect the battery.  Next connect one lead of a self powered test light, a circuit tester, to a known good ground.  Connect the other lead to the ground you want to test.  If the bulb lights up, the ground is good, else it is not.

In my 1994 tracker, the LOCKUP relay, is just lying there in the engine compartment, it is not fastened to the main fuse block.  My PTC relay is not even in that area, and I haven't found it yet.
