BLEEDING YOUR BRAKES WITH AN ASSISTANT

1. Bleeder Screw
2. Hose
3. Container Partially Filled With Brake Fluid

You can use this method also to completely evacuate the fluid from the brakes at each wheel. You will go through a LOT of brake fluid, but you can clean the system out this way.

1. Remove residual vacuum in the system by pumping the brake pedala few times until it is stiff.
2. Remove the master cylinder cover, and fill with brake fluid.
3. Have your assistant on hand, as well as supply brake fluid, (so you don't add air to the system by accident), and a
    3/16th" piece of clear tubing..
4. Start at the rear left wheel, loosen the bleeder nut slightly, then tighten it by hand snug so that it can be loosened quickly,
and attach the 3/16th" hose to the bleeder but, and submerge the other end in the container.
5. Have the assistant pump the brake slowly a few times to get pressure in the system, hen hold the pedal firmly depressed.
6. While held depressed, open the bleeder just enough to allow a flow of fluid to leave the valve.  Whatch for air bubbles
to exit the submerged end of the tube.  When the fluid flow slows after a few seconds, have the assistant releace the brake.
7. Repeat steps 4 - 6 until no more air is seen leaving the tube, then tighten the bleeder completely.
8. On trackers, proceed to the load sensing proportioning valve, and repeat the procedure.
    a. Samuri go to the right rear wheel.

NEVER use old brake fluid, and frequently check the mater cylinder fluid level!   Do not let it run out and introduce
new air into the system, or you'll have to start all over again!

9. Repeat procedure at the left-front wheel, then right front wheel, in that order.
10. Check operation of the brakes, if ok, you are done!
